  Economic Appliance Service was able to schedule service pretty quick and helped with the warranty claim. The technicians worked quickly to figure out what was wrong with my fridge and had it up and running in no time. Great company! I highly recommend you give them a call if you are having appliance malfunctions.

  The office staff was very knowledgeable and they did their best to get someone out to us as soon as they could. Casey was very professional and knew what he was doing. He was really efficient and fixed our problem very quickly.

  The tech sent out (Tim), was informative and professional with everything. I did ask questions which he answered and I observed what work he was doing. After my experience with other appliance repair contractors I was confident that he didn’t need me hovering over him while he quickly did the job I was told would be 3-4 hours. So far I am pleased with the work done, the house hasn’t caught on fire and nothing has exploded… seriously though, my fridge is cooling like it should and there isn’t any weird noises.

  Had to call Economic Appliance after our LG refrigerator had problems and needed repairs. We definitely will be using them in the future for any appliance repairs in Columbus. Had two service calls - both Casey and Jacob were really nice and helpful! Casey explained what was going on and kind of walked us through the different options we had to remedy our refrigerator problem. Unfortunately our fridge is old and the cost to repair isn’t worth it, so although we didn’t end up fixing the refrigerator, they were at least able to diagnose the issue and give us a realistic timeline and expectation for repairs which helped us make the decision to get a new fridge. They also got out here same day which we really appreciated. These are definitely good people!
